Other colors of mountain ash

I took a guided plant tour at the Arboretum last weekend and came across varieties of Mountain Ash that were white and pink. Anyone know if they are also edible?

  1. As far as I can tell from poking around on the internet, these are from Asian varities, whereas the European varities are mostly used as an edible. I welcome any more info about the edibility of the Asian Mountain Ashes.
