I took a guided plant tour at the Arboretum last weekend and came across varieties of Mountain Ash that were white and pink. Anyone know if they are also edible?
As far as I can tell from poking around on the internet, these are from Asian varities, whereas the European varities are mostly used as an edible. I welcome any more info about the edibility of the Asian Mountain Ashes.
